Job title: Senior Supplier Management Framework Implementation Specialist
Duration: 6 months initial term
Pay: £400-450 per day PAYE
Location: 50% in-office attendance monthly in their Stratford, London office

About the team
Finance and Corporate Services enables the organisation to deliver its strategy efficiently and securely by optimising resources, strengthening controls, and providing expert operational support. The Supplier Management Framework team ensures consistent, organisation-wide oversight of suppliers, contracts, and third-party risks, embedding best practices to strengthen delivery and accountability.
About the role
To support the phased rollout and embedding of the new integrated Supplier Management Framework (SMF) across the organisation, ensuring consistent application of supplier, contract and third-party risk management practices. Working closely with the Supplier Management Manager, Contract Management Framework Lead, Commercial Contract Management Lead, Third-Party Risk Management team, Procurement, contract managers and Accountable Executives across the organisation, it will help ensure the framework is embedded effectively and consistently, improving third-party oversight and delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver Supplier Management Framework (SMF) training and awareness sessions, providing dedicated post-training support, guidance and coaching to Contract Managers to build capability, reinforce learning and support the practical application of the framework.
- Support the broader implementation of the SMF across the organisation by working with Contract Managers and Accountable Executives to embed SMF principles and processes, including contract reviews and third-party risk assessments.
- Support delivery and actively promote the Contract Management Community of Practice, providing relevant content, responding to queries and encouraging consistent application of the framework.
- Monitor adoption and effectiveness of the SMF, identifying barriers to implementation and working with stakeholders across the wider business to resolve issues and refine approaches.
- Monitor and report on training completion rates and implementation progress to relevant stakeholders, helping Contract Managers understand how training relates to their roles and responsibilities and supporting effective framework adoption.

What we’re looking for:
Minimum:
- Significant experience in contract and supplier management
- Prior experience of working within the financial services or public sector
Essential:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences and levels of seniority.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage competing demands.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely to a range of stakeholders.
- Confident in facilitating discussions, providing guidance and responding to stakeholder queries.
