Senior Supply Chain Manager

Waltham Cross
£75,000 – £82,000 plus car allowance & bonus

Lead the change. Unlock performance. Build a supply chain ready for growth.

Reynolds Food Group is seeking a commercially astute, hands-on Senior Supply Chain Manager to optimise our end-to-end operation—improving availability, service, inventory, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Reporting to the Finance Director, you’ll unite planning, forecasting, procurement, warehousing and distribution behind a single, clear view of demand, stock, performance and risk. You’ll strengthen today’s operation, deliver measurable improvements and create a scalable, data-driven platform to support future growth.

What you’ll make happen

  • Establish the performance baseline and lead a focused supply chain improvement roadmap.
  • Strengthen demand and supply planning, forecast accuracy and product availability.
  • Optimise inventory, working capital, waste and slow-moving or obsolete stock.
  • Improve OTIF, service levels and customer reliability across the network.
  • Connect supplier performance, warehouse execution and distribution efficiency.
  • Build clear governance, accountability and capability across teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
