We're exclusively partnered with an ambitious and growing CDMO that is investing heavily in its operations and supply chain capabilities. As the business continues to scale, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead a critical transformation programme and play a key role in shaping the future of the organisation.
This is more than a traditional supply chain leadership position. You'll be at the centre of a business-wide transformation, driving operational excellence, implementing new planning processes, and developing high-performing teams to support long-term growth.
The Opportunity
You will take ownership of both Production Planning and Warehouse Logistics, while leading the implementation of a new scheduling and planning system. Success in this role will require a strategic thinker who is equally comfortable being hands-on within an operational manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and adoption of a new planning and scheduling tool
- Drive cultural change, engagement, and continuous improvement across the planning function
- Provide leadership across Production Planning and Warehouse Logistics operations
- Improve planning accuracy, service levels, and operational efficiency
- Develop and mentor teams while building capability for future growth
- Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, manufacturing, and supply chain functions
About You
- Proven supply chain leadership experience within Pharmaceuticals, CDMO, Food Manufacturing, or FMCG environments
- Strong background in production planning, scheduling, and supply chain operations
- Experience leading transformation, change management, or operational improvement initiatives
- A people-focused leader with a track record of developing and motivating teams
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Hands-on approach with a strong understanding of manufacturing operations
- GMP experience is advantageous but not essential
