Head of Supply Chain

West Midlands
c. £80,000 to £90,000 + Package

I'm exclusively supporting a confidential search for a Head of Supply Chain on behalf of a well-established manufacturing group.

This is a group-level leadership role with responsibility across multiple manufacturing businesses, leading the procurement, planning and wider supply chain functions.

  • Tier 1 or Tier 2 aerospace manufacturing experience
  • Proven leadership across procurement, planning, and supply chain within a complex manufacturing environment
  • Experience managing annual spend of £30m to £50m
  • Strong experience managing relationships with major aerospace OEMs/ tier 1s and a thorough understanding of customer expectations
  • A track record of driving continuous improvement, S&OP, inventory optimisation, and developing high-performing supply chain teams
