Senior Supply Chain Manager

Here at TheSqua.re we have a great opportunity for a Senior Supply Chain Manager to join our expanding team.

Our mission at TheSqua.re is to be the world’s best loved digital corporate housing and luxury alternate accommodation company. We do this by providing the largest choice of alternate accommodations - beautifully furnished boutique style apartments in every major city on the planet, using our award winning proprietary suite of technology and our best in class customer service / account management levels. It's no wonder we have achieved the highest NPS (Net Promoter Score) levels in leading global corporate travel programs powering our firm’s extremely high annual growth for several years in a row.

We have also recently launched TheSquare.AI, our new customisable booking platform designed to allow corporate clients to set up their global travel programme their own way.

From offices in London, New Delhi and virtual offices in Singapore and Dubai we look after and house assignees from more than 500 corporate clients worldwide; these corporations range from a mix of S&P 500 to soon to go public tech companies.

As you will be working very closely with the Head of Global Partner Relationship and office based is crucial that support is precise and accurate along with attention to detail.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the Head of Global Supply Chain in managing regional supplier teams and ensuring KPI delivery
  • Lead weekly and monthly performance reviews, including targets, KPIs, and action plans
  • Monitor team productivity, supplier growth, and apartment catalogue expansion
  • Identify training needs and support development of team members
  • Ensure adherence to company SOPs, SLAs, and internal systems (e.g. EcoGrade, APS)
  • Oversee supplier onboarding, including partnership agreements and rate negotiations
  • Collaborate with sales and reservations teams to optimise supplier performance and customer experience
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders across regions
  • Manage feedback loops between suppliers and operations teams
  • Set and review bonus structures aligned with performance targets
  • Support team growth through hiring, training, and supervision
  • Represent the business in client presentations and industry networking events
  • Promoting internal AI SaaS tools such as: EcoGrade.ai and aPerfectStay.ai

Skills & Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience working with serviced apartment or hotel supply chains within the hospitality sector
  • Working knowledge of channel managers and GDS platforms
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Advanced proficiency in data software and AI tools
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Confident working independently with minimal supervision
  • Proven negotiation skills, including engagement at senior stakeholder level
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive and solutions-driven mindset
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and effective in time management
  • Strong customer service focus, with experience handling escalations professionally
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure and to deadlines
