Job Description
Our Supply Market Management (SMM) capability operates across our Programme Advisory services and provides specialist, insight-led advice to help clients understand, shape, and engage supply markets to support better investment decisions, procurement strategies, and delivery outcomes.
Due to continued growth across our Infrastructure and Real Estate sectors, Turner & Townsend has an opportunity for a Senior Supply Market Management Analyst to join our growing Procurement and Contract Services capability.
This role is suited to an experienced analyst who can independently lead complex analytical activities, deliver high-quality market insight, and act as a key contributor to client-facing Supply Market Management commissions.
The role is analytical and advisory in nature, focused on understanding supply market dynamics, risks, and opportunities, rather than operational supply chain delivery.
The Opportunity
The Senior Supply Market Management Analyst will play a critical role in delivering robust supply market intelligence, supplier analysis, and evidence-based insight to support major infrastructure programmes and complex procurement strategies.
Working closely with SMM Managers and Associate Directors, the role holder will take responsibility for defined analytical workstreams, support client engagement, and help translate technical analysis into clear, practical recommendations.
The role also provides opportunities to mentor junior analysts, contribute to methodological development, and build credibility as a trusted part of client delivery teams.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
