IT Support Lead
£45-55k - London offices + hybrid working
An IT Support Lead / Senior Support Engineer opportunity for an established financial services business, supporting internal staff and traders at their London offices. The IT Support Lead will be the main internal IT point of contact for all stakeholders, to make sure issues are resolved quickly and their IT estate is fit for purpose and secure.
The IT Support Lead would report to an IT Director and support modern IT adoption across a business, the role being split between IT tickets and issues and more proactive activities such as researching how they can utilise AI to streamline business processes, keep up to date with new technology and IT security, etc.

Essential skills:
- A broad IT background, previous experience supporting Software, Hardware, and Networks
- Onboarding and user adoption across Microsoft, Windows environments with Mac experience highly desirable
- 1st, 2nd, 3rd line support experience with previous experience liaising with external MSP’s
- Commercial experience with AI tooling, such as Claude, Copilot or similar
- IT Security, Cyber Essentials understanding
- IT leadership experience is beneficial, but there won’t be any direct reports.
