Senior Support Engineer - Azure / Microsoft 365

A leading consultancy, that we are partnered with on an exclusive basis is hiring a Senior Support Engineer who has experience supporting environments that have adopted Azure & 365 technology suite. Our client is offering a basic salary of £45,000 to be based in Sittingbourne on a hybrid basis (3 days onsite).

This is a broad 3rd Line / Infrastructure Engineering position combining complex technical support with hands-on project delivery. You’ll work across a diverse customer base, taking ownership of escalated technical issues while also helping design, build and deploy new infrastructure and cloud solutions.

The position would suit an experienced 3rd Line Engineer, Senior Infrastructure Engineer or Senior Support Engineer from an MSP or multi-client environment who enjoys remaining technically hands-on rather than moving purely into management. Due to client location, you will need to be able to drive.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
