Role Overview
We are recruiting a Senior Support Worker to help lead safe, person-centred supported living services for women aged 65+. You will provide direct support while mentoring frontline staff and maintaining high safeguarding standards.

- Deliver and supervise high-quality daily support plans.
- Promote independence, dignity, and choice for each resident.
- Maintain accurate care documentation and incident reporting.
- Support medication prompting processes in line with policy.
- Escalate safeguarding concerns promptly and appropriately.
Essential Criteria
- Previous UK health and social care experience.
- Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care (or willingness to work toward it).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of safeguarding and Mental Capacity principles.
