About the role
Joining us as a Senior Support Worker, you'll work alongside the Locality Manager to provide day-to-day leadership and support to the staff team, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support is delivered consistently.
You'll lead by example, provide coaching and guidance through supervisions, observations, and 1:1 support, and help create a positive culture where both colleagues and the people we support can thrive.

The shift patterns are (approximately, subject to change): 7.15am to 2.45pm, 2.45 to 10pm, 10pm to 7.15am. We need you to be as flexible as possible to cover these shifts within a small team, all dedicated to one person. If you are employed full-time, you will work 5 shifts over 7 days.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Minimum of 1 year's experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or Autism.
- A commitment to empowering people.
- Ability to work closely with families and outside agencies.
- Ability to take responsibility and remain calm in difficult situations.
- Able to work 08:00 - 20:00 on a rota basis.
- Willing to work weekdays, weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
- Must have a full UK Manual driving license.

- The pay rates are £13.91 per hour to £15.13 per hour. With the higher rate, will be working one on-call weekend per month in addition to your usual hours. Plus £75 per sleep-in shift worked.
