Location: Devon (Barnstaple, Bideford and Torrington areas)
Salary: A GBP 29,702.40 : A GBP 33,945.60 per annum (A GBP 16.32ph) This excludes sleep in allowance of A GBP 60 per sleep in and Senior on:call rate of A GBP 52.50:A GBP 89.25.

Requirements:
- A minimum of one year's experience working as a Residential Support Worker in a children's home.
- Strong preference for applicants with more substantial experience or those already operating at a senior level, demonstrating leadership, initiative and confidence in supporting both children and colleagues.

Qualifications:
- Holding a Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare (or an equivalent qualification) is highly preferred.
