Job Title: Senior Support Worker
ACCOUNTABLE TO: Registered Manager, Deputy Manager / Team Leader
LOCATION: Chesterfield
Salary: Negotiable
PERSON SPECIFICATION
SENIOR SUPPORT WORKER
- Level 3 Health and Social Care, Children and Young People qualification or equivalent essential
- Manual full UK driving license
- Right to Work
- Sponsorship will not be offered
- Have at least 2 years of experience working with Children and young people in a residential setting who have mental health complex needs, a high level of attachment, challenging behavior which includes verbal and physical.
