Senior Support Worker - Conway Drive LE12
SHIFTS: Include lates, earlies, and nights
REQUIREMENTS: Full UK Manual Driving License - Desirable
SALARY: £14.55 - £15.05*
Due to continued growth, we are urgently seeking a Senior Support Worker to join our AMAZING supportive team at Conway Drive
If you are a Support Worker or Care Assistant with an NVQ / QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care and the enthusiasm and commitment to live our company values every, this may be the role for you!
As a Senior Support Worker, you will be involved in the day to day support and routine of the people within the service including:
- Managing a team of Support Workers
- Providing high standards of care and support for service users, in line with care and support plans
- Encouraging good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
- Accurately reporting, recording, and maintaining records as required and working to care plans
- Liaising with health professionals and their families
- Completing supervisions and audits
- Ensuring that all duties undertaken by reporting staff are performed to required standards, and that all such staff contribute in a positive manner to provide a happy, efficient, and homely atmosphere within the Home.
At Conway Drive we support up to 4 adults with mental health needs, learning disabilities, autism, and acquired brain injuries
Conway Drive offer sector-leading training and coaching to help their staff level up and further their career by learning new key skills, gaining a variety of excellent qualifications which can lead to a vast number of progression opportunities within the social care sector
