Hourly Rate:
- £14.81 (Days)
- £15.61/hr (Nights)
- Plus enhanced rates for overtime and Bank Holidays

At Hollybank, we’re looking for two dedicated and compassionate Senior Support Workers to join our Adult Services team.
Whether you prefer working days or nights, you’ll play a vital role in supporting adults with complex disabilities to live fulfilling, rewarding lives in a safe and nurturing environment.
We’re looking for caring, reliable, and motivated Senior Support Workers to join our friendly team at Holly Court, supporting adults with complex needs to live fulfilling and meaningful lives.
We are incredibly proud that, following a recent CQC inspection, the service was rated Good overall, with Outstanding ratings in both Caring and Well-Led.

About Holly Court
Holly Court is a bright, lively home split into three separate bungalows, with spacious communal areas and beautiful gardens. The adults who live here enjoy a wide range of activities, community involvement, and therapeutic support, enabling them to live enriched and fulfilling lives. Our team works closely with in-house therapy professionals to provide person-centred support tailored to each individual’s needs.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and support colleagues during night shifts
- Provide high-quality, person-centred support
- Administer medication and maintain accurate records
- Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing
- Ensure a safe and positive environment for the people we support
About You
We would love to hear from you if you have:
- Previous experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, or complex needs
- Experience working in a senior or lead support role, or the ambition to step into one
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A caring, professional, and positive approach
- Good organisational and record-keeping skills
- A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care

Hollybank Trust is committed to Safeguarding vulnerable people, and our Safer Recruitment process requires all employees to have an Enhanced DBS check and reference checks in line with our Recruitment & Selection policy.
We will pay for your initial DBS check, unless you have a portable DBS, however, if the candidate leaves voluntarily within the first 12 months, £58.90 will be deducted from your final salary payment.
