Package Description
ROLE: Senior Support Worker
HOURS: 35 hours per week
LOCATION: Harrow, HA2
SALARY: £14.45 - £15.05* per hour
At Accomplish, our Supported Living services in Harrow are designed to empower individuals to live more independently, while still receiving the right level of support tailored to their needs. We work alongside each person to build confidence, learn new skills, and achieve personal goals – all within a place they can truly call home.
Our London-based supported living services offer high-quality, safe, and welcoming environments in local communities across the capital. We support adults with a range of needs, including learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, and acquired brain injuries.
As a Senior Support Worker, you will be involved in the day to day support and routine of the people within the service including:
- Managing a team of Support Workers
- Providing high standards of care for the people we support, in line with care and support plans
- Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
- Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans
- Liaise with health professionals and their families
- Complete supervisions and audits
- To ensure that all duties undertaken by reporting staff are performed to required standards, and that all such staff contribute in a positive manner to provide a happy, efficient and homely atmosphere within the Home.
