About the Role
Senior Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support are at the heart of our management teams. We’re currently searching for a fantastic Senior Support Worker to join us in leading our residential service in Deal. This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people!

Responsibilities
- Helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives
- Assisting the Manager with the day-to-day supervision and management of the service
- Allocating shifts
- Booking in training
- Inducting new colleagues
- Supporting with supervision’s
- Ordering medication
- Ensuring the people we support are supported to manage their finances
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker and a Level 3 in Health & Social Care as well as experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviour's of distress, mental health conditions, acquired brain injury, autism, forensic histories and people who have experienced trauma.
