Senior Surveyor – Land & Property Advice

About the Role
As a Senior Surveyor, you’ll contribute expert knowledge in land and property advice, delivering key projects to meet client deadlines and objectives with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality land and property advice and services, representing clients’ best interests
- Lead and manage a range of complex schemes, ensuring exceptional standards of work
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, landowners, and internal/external stakeholders
- Provide constructive line management for junior team members, including:
- Regular progress reviews
- Effective delegation
- Performance feedback
- Share expertise within the wider organisation to develop colleagues’ skills and abilities
- Maintain professional competence through specialised CPD and actively participate in team initiatives

Essential Requirements
- MRICS or AssocRICS qualification
- Full UK driving licence (essential for fieldwork)
- Proven experience in leading teams, projects, or specialist roles
- Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Exceptional organisational skills with a focus on client relationships
- Ability to deliver results-driven outcomes as part of a team with confidence
