Crest Nicholson's well established Eastern division are looking for a Senior Surveyor to join the team working from our Brentwood Office, where you will be covering developments across the region.

We take pride in delivering homes that exceed our customers’ expectations, and our Quantity Surveyors play a critical role in making that happen. From managing costs and driving value to building strong relationships with our supply chain, you’ll help shape the commercial success of developments that will become part of people’s lives for generations to come.

That means we need commercially minded people who know that the detail matters, take ownership of their decisions and won’t settle for ‘good enough’. You’ll take ownership of the commercial management of your developments, working across complex, large-scale projects from pre-construction through to final account. From procurement and cost planning to subcontractor payments, valuations, forecasting and contractual matters, you’ll play a pivotal role in protecting margins, managing risk and driving performance.

Working closely with our operational teams, subcontractors and wider business, you’ll use your commercial expertise to make informed decisions, challenge where necessary and ensure every development is delivered efficiently, sustainably and to the highest possible standard.

We're looking for a Senior Surveyor with Extensive Housebuilding/Residential Main Contractor experience looking for career progression. You must have an excellent ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously at different stages of value engineering, cost control, budgeting and forecasting and have COIN's experience.

You'll be a numbers driven person, commercially aware and with strong problem solving skills. You will lead by example and focus on building a strong team ethic and working relationships both with your team, the regional teams and external partners.

Your qualifications and memberships will be aligned to Senior Surveyor level within the industry.
