Senior Surveyor / Associate - Commercial Property Management
Location: London (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £50,000-£65,000 + Bonus & Benefits
Beach Baker is delighted to be partnering with one of the UK's leading independent commercial property management specialists to recruit a Senior Surveyor / Associate into their growing London team.

The Opportunity
Working closely with institutional investors, property companies, and occupiers, you'll take ownership of a diverse portfolio while playing a key role in maintaining and developing client relationships. This position offers genuine responsibility, direct client exposure, and the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of a market-leading team.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a proactive and professional property management service across a multi-asset portfolio
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and occupiers
- Build and maintain strong client and tenant relationships
- Prepare quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc reporting
- Monitor rent collection, arrears management, and tenant performance
- Oversee service charge budgets, expenditure, and reconciliations
- Ensure statutory, regulatory, and health & safety compliance across all assets
- Undertake regular property inspections
- Manage tenant applications, licences, and lease-related matters
- Support acquisitions, disposals, lease renewals, and rent reviews where required
- Work collaboratively with building surveying, ESG, placemaking, and wider consultancy teams
- Assist in mentoring junior colleagues and supporting team development

About You
- Experience within commercial property management
- MRICS qualified preferred, although strong non-chartered candidates will be considered
- Experience working with institutional investors, property companies, or occupiers
- Strong client-facing and relationship management skills
- Commercially aware with excellent communication skills
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Passionate about delivering a high standard of service while contributing to team success
