Your New Company

An established and highly respected UK property consultancy is seeking to appoint a Senior Surveyor or Associate Director to join its successful Commercial Agency team. With a strong regional presence, an excellent client base and a collaborative culture, the business has built a reputation for delivering expert advice across the commercial property market. Due to continued growth and an increasing workload, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced agency professional to play a key role in the team's ongoing success.

Your New Role

You will be responsible for advising clients on the acquisition and disposal of commercial property across a range of sectors, including office, industrial and retail assets. Working closely with landlords, occupiers, investors and developers, you will manage instructions from initial marketing through to successful completion. The role will involve conducting viewings, negotiating lease and sale terms, providing market advice, developing client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives. This position offers genuine scope to influence the growth of the agency team and progress your career within a market-leading consultancy.

What You'll Need to Succeed

To be successful, you will have a strong background within Commercial Agency and a proven track record of delivering sales and lettings transactions. MRICS qualification is preferred, although candidates with significant relevant experience will also be considered. You will be commercially aware, confident in dealing with clients and capable of identifying and securing new business opportunities. Strong local market knowledge, excellent communication skills and a proactive approach are essential. This role is best suited to candidates with agency experience rather than a predominantly valuation-focused background.
