The Opportunity
As a senior member of the team, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of business rates instructions, working with a broad range of commercial clients while playing a key role in developing both the team and the business.
About You
We're looking for an ambitious surveyor who can bring both technical expertise and commercial awareness. You'll ideally have:
- MRICS qualification
- Strong experience within Business Rates/Rating
- A proven ability to manage complex instructions and client relationships
- Excellent valuation, negotiation and analytical skills
- A proactive, commercially focused approach
- An existing client following would be beneficial but isn't essential
