Senior Surveyor / Commercial Property Manager
Central London office | £50,000–£60,000 + bonus | Hybrid
Looking for a client-side role with ownership of your own portfolio?
I’m recruiting for an established listed real estate business seeking a Commercial Property Manager to oversee a unique commercial asset portfolio across South London. You’ll split your time between the Central London office, sites across your patch, and home.
The role
Working closely with Asset Management, Facilities Management, and Finance colleagues, you’ll be responsible for:
- Managing day-to-day property matters, inspections, and occupier relationships.
- Preparing service charge budgets and overseeing expenditure and reconciliations.
- Managing lease matters and working with third parties on property issues and insurance claims.
- Coordinating contractors, planned maintenance, and statutory compliance.
- Supporting capital works, sustainability initiatives, and long-term portfolio performance.

Who we’re looking for
You’ll have commercial or mixed-use property management experience, strong service charge and landlord and tenant knowledge, and the confidence to manage a diverse workload. Superior landlord experience is particularly important for this patch, alongside experience dealing with third parties and insurance claims.
You’ll be organised, commercially minded, and comfortable building relationships with occupiers and stakeholders. Experience with property management systems such as Landmark and a full UK driving licence are also needed.

ESG reporting knowledge and a real estate degree or MRICS qualification would be welcome.
