Role Description
Upcoming Senior Surveyor (Dimensional Control) opportunities are expected to go live imminently, working on behalf of a major contractor delivering critical civil, mechanical, electrical and HVAC works on one of Europe's largest and most complex nuclear projects. We're keen to speak with experienced dimensional control surveyors now, ahead of continued expansion of survey scope on site, so we can move quickly once roles are confirmed and released.

Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct dimensional inspections across all stages of build
- Setting out works to specified tolerances
- Establishment and maintenance of survey control networks including levelling
- Producing accurate as-built surveys, drawings and records
- Predicted fit-up surveys to support installation
- First article inspection to verify compliance prior to installation
- Survey data processing, management and issue in agreed formats
- Liaising with site engineers, discipline leads and project surveyors to deliver work to programme
- Ensuring correct use, care and calibration of survey equipment
Essential Skills & Experience
- Significant experience in a Senior Surveyor / Dimensional Control role, ideally in civil, nuclear, manufacturing, oil & gas or major infrastructure projects
- Experience operating Leica TS16/TS60, RTC360, Leica GNSS and Leica laser trackers
- Software use includes, Civil3D, AutoCAD, Spatial Analyzer, MicroSurvey Star*Net, Microsoft Office, Excel and more
- Strong numeracy, data interpretation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with clients/site teams
- Ability to work independently and manage own workload
- Right to work in the UK without sponsorship

Desirable
- 10+ years surveying experience
- Degree in Geomatics/Engineering Surveying
- RICS/ICES (or CICES) membership
- Experience on nuclear, construction and infrastructure projects
- CITB (HS&E) Certificate
