Senior Surveyor – Fund Valuation
Team - Valuation & Advisory
Location: London
We have exciting opportunities within our Investment Fund Valuation team, based in the heart of London. Are you an experienced Senior Surveyor looking for your next challenge, or ready to progress toward an Associate role? Our growing Fund Valuation team would love to hear from you.
Based in our London (Old Broad Street) office, you’ll primarily focus on the London and Southeast office markets, with exposure to retail and industrial assets. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a friendly, collaborative, and high-performing team environment.
In this role, you’ll work on fund and loan security valuations for top-tier clients, including funds, banks, and public sector bodies. You’ll also collaborate closely with other Valuation & Advisory teams nationwide and local transactional agency teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your expertise and build a strong market profile.

Core Responsibilities
- Deliver valuation mandates and begin building client relationships to attract new business
- Work on a mix of regular mandates, loan security, and acquisition valuations
- Prepare valuations and provide strategic advice to a diverse client base
- Take ownership of instructions with minimal supervision
- Develop a market presence through networking and relationship building
- Mentor and support junior team members
- Produce high-quality valuation reports in various formats
Key Requirements
- MRICS qualified
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with Argus/Circle
- Solid understanding of income-driven investment valuations and development appraisals
