Senior Surveyor
Current vacancy for a Senior Surveyor for a housing provider in Birmingham.
Duties will include,
- Provide technical support for property services by managing surveyors and specifying works for cyclical and planned maintenance, day-to-day repairs, insurance work, disrepair claims, damp and mould issues, and voids maintenance.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain a strong customer focus.
- Collaborate with the Property Services Team to communicate, implement, and deliver the corporate strategy.

Service Management
- Conduct and produce risk assessments.
- Undertake survey works including inspections for disrepair litigation works, damp and condensation issues, and structural items.
- Assist with regular updates to stock condition survey and maintain all property records accordingly.

Ideally you will have a HNC in a building related discipline and have previous experience of working within a similar role.
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £45000 - £47800 per year
