Accelerate Your Success

Colliers is a leading diversified professional services and investment management company. With operations in over 60 countries, our experts work collaboratively to maximise the potential of property and real assets, delivering exceptional outcomes for occupiers, investors and developers.

Due to continued growth within our Retail Lease Advisory team, we are seeking an ambitious Senior Surveyor to join our market-leading London team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an MRICS-qualified professional, or an individual working towards qualification, to advise some of the UK's most recognised retail occupiers, landlords and investors on lease events across a wide range of retail assets including high street, shopping centres, retail parks and mixed-use developments.

The Role

As a Surveyor / Senior Surveyor within the Retail Lease Advisory team, you will provide strategic property advice to landlord and occupier clients across the retail sector. Working closely with senior colleagues and wider Colliers service lines, you will support and lead negotiations relating to rent reviews, lease renewals, lease restructures and portfolio optimisation initiatives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
