About the Role
Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a talented and driven Senior Surveyor to join its London-based Valuation & Advisory team, specialising in the Industrial & Logistics sector. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-performing, collaborative team delivering complex, high-profile valuation and advisory assignments across the UK and EMEA.
You will play a key role in providing strategic insight and valuation expertise across a broad range of industrial and logistics assets, working with leading institutional investors, lenders, and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality valuation and advisory services across industrial and logistics assets, ensuring compliance with RICS Red Book and internal standards
- Provide expert market insight and strategic advice to clients, supporting decision-making on acquisitions, disposals, and financing
- Take ownership of client relationships and contribute to the delivery of key mandates
- Collaborate with colleagues across service lines and geographies to identify and execute cross-selling opportunities
- Support and mentor junior team members, fostering a high-performance and inclusive team culture
- Contribute to business development initiatives, including pitches, presentations, and thought leadership
- Ensure efficient delivery of assignments, maintaining high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism

Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- MRICS qualified (or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience
- Strong track record in valuation, ideally within the industrial and logistics sector
- Deep understanding of market dynamics, occupier trends, and investment drivers within the sector
- Proven ability to manage multiple instructions and deliver under tight deadlines
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
