Senior Surveyor – Property Management
Location: London
Salary: £55,000 + Bonus + Private Health care

I'm working exclusively with one of the UK's most respected commercial property businesses to recruit a Senior Surveyor into their London team. Having built out much of this team personally over the last few years, I've seen first-hand the culture they've created and the opportunities available. The Role
You'll take ownership of a high-profile Grade A commercial portfolio, working with institutional-quality assets and sophisticated ownership structures.
Responsibilities will include:
- Day-to-day management of a prime commercial estate portfolio
- Leading landlord and tenant relationships across prestigious assets
- Managing rent reviews, lease renewals and wider lease events
- Service charge budgeting, monitoring and reporting
- Preparing client reports and delivering strategic asset recommendations
- Working closely with asset managers to drive value and maximise performance
- Supporting junior surveyors within the team as you progress towards Associate level

About You
- MRICS qualified (or approaching qualification)
- Property management experience gained within commercial real estate
- Strong understanding of landlord and tenant matters, lease events and service charges
- Experience managing office, mixed-use or institutional-grade assets
- Ambitious, commercial and keen to accelerate your career
- Looking for more responsibility, better assets and genuine progression
