Senior Surveyor - Commercial Property Management
An excellent opportunity for an ambitious MRICS Surveyor to join a highly regarded property consultancy and take ownership of a portfolio of modern office assets on behalf of a leading institutional fund client.
This role offers the chance to manage high-quality buildings from 60,000 sq ft +, oversee significant service charge budgets, and work closely with engaged clients on a range of asset management and refurbishment initiatives.
Unlike many larger teams, this position offers genuine autonomy and the opportunity to have a visible impact from day one, while still benefiting from the support of an experienced and growing management team.

About You
- MRICS qualified, or approaching qualification.
- Commercial Property Management experience.
- Strong service charge knowledge and client-facing skills.
- Motivated, commercially minded and looking for greater responsibility.
