About the Role

The Senior Sustainability Analyst (Strategy, Policy & Engagement) plays a key role in shaping and embedding the organisation’s sustainability strategy. This role moves beyond analysis into strategy, policy interpretation, and group-wide influence, ensuring sustainability is integrated into core business decision-making and long term planning. The role provides forward-looking insight on climate transition, regulatory developments, and stakeholder expectations, and acts as a trusted advisor to senior governance forums including the ESG Steering Group.

What you'll need

  • Strategic thinking with ability to translate complexity into action.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and judgement.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of energy sector dynamics.
  • Experience in a corporate sustainability role.
