With a small but ambitious Building Physics team, you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact, not only on the projects you deliver, but on the future growth of the business itself. Their work goes far beyond compliance, supporting clients with Net Zero strategies, dynamic simulation modelling, daylight analysis, overheating assessments and whole-building performance across a diverse range of sectors.
The Role
You'll take ownership of Building Physics projects from inception through to completion, delivering technical analysis, producing high-quality reports and working directly with clients, architects and design teams. Alongside project delivery, you'll support junior engineers, contribute to the continued growth of the team and play a key role in developing the consultancy's Building Performance offering.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for a Building Physics Engineer with strong experience using IESVE and delivering non-domestic energy modelling, EPCs and wider Building Performance analysis. Experience with overheating, daylight modelling and Net Zero strategies would be highly advantageous, alongside the confidence to manage projects, build client relationships and support the development of junior engineers.
