Senior Sybase & Python Developer – Risk & Margin

📍 Location: London, UK
🏢 Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days per week onsite
💼 Experience: 8+ years
🎯 Domain: Risk & Margin / Financial Services

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sybase & Python Developer to join a Risk & Margin technology team for our client.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across Sybase, SQL, Python, Unix, and ETL, combined with a solid understanding of financial services technology.

🔑 Key Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of relevant software development experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with Sybase
  • Strong SQL development and database skills
  • Strong Python programming experience
  • Good experience working in Unix/Linux environments
  • Experience with ETL processes and data integration
  • Java experience would be an advantage
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience working with large-scale financial data and enterprise applications
