Exciting Opportunity: Senior System Engineer

What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage manufacturing automation projects from inception through deployment
- Oversee all project lifecycle phases, including requirement gathering, design, testing, installation, qualification, and training
- Apply your expertise to ensure projects meet business and technical requirements effectively
- Collaborate across teams to deliver solutions aligned with MMD IT architecture standards and automation principles such as S88 and S95
- Serve as a technical leader, possibly guiding a team of engineers, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills
- Extensive experience with manufacturing automation projects
- Strong knowledge of automation scope principles, including S88 and S95 standards
- Proven ability to make strategic and competitive decisions related to system design and implementation
- Familiarity with MMD IT architecture standards
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for engaging with both technical teams and business stakeholders

Nice To Have Skills
- Experience with cross-functional team leadership
- Knowledge of related industry standards and compliance protocols
- Experience working in a hybrid or multi-site environment
- Previous exposure to international or multi-location projects
Preferred Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Several years’ hands-on experience in system engineering within manufacturing or automation domains
- Track record of successfully delivering complex automation projects
