The Opportunity

We are working with a growing, international organisation looking for an experienced Senior Systems Manager to take ownership of its core business systems, including NetSuite, integration platforms, and EDI.

This is a hands-on leadership role, balancing day-to-day system support with continuous improvement, automation, and business transformation.

You’ll work closely with Finance, Operations, and other key stakeholders to ensure systems remain reliable, processes run efficiently, and technology supports the company’s continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own NetSuite operations: Manage the day-to-day administration, configuration, workflows, access, and troubleshooting of a business-critical NetSuite environment.
  • Manage integrations: Oversee integrations between NetSuite and external platforms, including logistics providers, online marketplaces, and retail partners.
  • Drive system improvements: Identify inefficiencies, streamline processes, and deliver improvements across the business.
  • Leverage automation & AI: Explore opportunities to reduce manual tasks, improve data accuracy, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Partner with stakeholders: Work closely with Finance, Operations, and wider business teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
  • Develop the team: Support and mentor team members, ensuring knowledge is shared and system ownership is well distributed.
  • Manage external partners: Collaborate with implementation partners, vendors, and consultants to scope and deliver system projects.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
