Senior Systems Accountant

OneStream
London - hybrid

SystemsAccountants is partnering with a high-growth international business seeking a Senior Systems Accountant to take ownership of its core finance systems environment, with a particular focus on OneStream.

This role sits within Group Finance and offers the opportunity to become the key finance systems contact for consolidation, planning, and reporting processes. Working closely with Group Finance, FP&A, and senior stakeholders across the business, you will help ensure finance systems continue to support the organisation's reporting, forecasting, and transformation objectives.

This is an excellent opportunity in a newly created role that we help shape the EPM landscape at this fast-growth business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary finance systems contact for OneStream and related finance applications.
  • Support the ongoing administration, enhancement, and optimisation of OneStream.
  • Partner with Finance teams to improve consolidation, planning, forecasting, and management reporting processes.
  • Manage system governance, controls, testing, and change management activities.
  • Support the production of management, board, and investor reporting.
  • Maintain financial data integrity, master data structures, and reporting hierarchies.
  • Work closely with technical teams to support integrations between finance systems and wider business applications.
  • Identify and deliver opportunities for process improvement, automation, and greater reporting efficiency.
  • Provide support, guidance, and training to finance users across the organisation.
  • Contribute to wider finance transformation and systems improvement initiatives.

About You

  • Finance background
  • Strong experience working with OneStream, including administration, configuration, or ongoing system support.
  • Good understanding of financial consolidation, management reporting, budgeting, and planning processes.
  • Experience operating within a multi-entity or international group environment.
  • Ability to engage confidently with senior finance stakeholders whilst remaining hands-on with system administration and delivery.
  • Understanding of finance data structures, reporting hierarchies, and systems integrations.
  • Experience supporting finance systems projects, enhancements, or transformation initiatives would be advantageous.
