Hiddenwell is growing and we’re looking for an exceptional Senior Systems Analyst to help build the systems, technology and insight that will support the next stage of our journey.

As Hiddenwell continues to evolve our existing destinations and bring new properties to life, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Systems Analyst who can help us make our technology work smarter, connect our systems more effectively and turn business needs into practical solutions.
This is far more than a traditional systems support role.
We’re looking for someone who is naturally curious, technically confident and commercially minded, someone who enjoys understanding how a business works, spotting opportunities to make things better and finding solutions that genuinely improve the experience for the people using them.
The Opportunity
As Senior Systems Analyst, you’ll work across Hiddenwell, partnering with teams throughout our destinations and central functions to understand their needs and ensure our systems continue to support a growing and evolving business.
You’ll sit at the point where technology, data, processes and people come together.
From reviewing existing systems and identifying opportunities for improvement to supporting integrations, implementations and new property openings, you’ll play an important role in shaping how technology enables Hiddenwell to grow.
You’ll translate business requirements into effective technical solutions, challenge existing ways of working where there is a better approach and help ensure our technology landscape remains reliable, scalable and fit for the future.

Our business relies on technology across almost every part of the guest and employee journey.
That means understanding not only how individual systems work, but how they connect.
You’ll take the time to understand processes from end to end, identifying gaps, duplication, manual workarounds and opportunities for automation or integration.
You’ll work with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, analyse problems and recommend solutions that balance business needs, technical capability and long-term sustainability.
And when new solutions are introduced, you’ll help ensure they are properly tested, documented and embedded - not simply implemented.

You’ll build strong relationships across the business, working with both technical and non-technical colleagues to understand what they are trying to achieve and translate that into clear system requirements.
You’ll be comfortable asking the right questions, getting underneath the initial request and understanding the real business problem that needs solving.
Whether you’re improving an existing platform, supporting a new integration, reviewing a business process or helping deliver a major systems project, you’ll bring structure, curiosity and attention to detail.
Most importantly, you’ll keep the end user in mind.

Systems that Support Our Growth
As Hiddenwell grows, our technology needs to grow with us.
You’ll play an important part in ensuring our systems and processes can scale across an expanding portfolio, including supporting the technology requirements associated with new destinations and business change.
You’ll work with colleagues and external technology partners to support system implementations, upgrades and integrations, helping coordinate requirements, testing, data and deployment.
You’ll also help us make better use of the systems we already have, identifying functionality, automation and integration opportunities that can simplify processes, improve accuracy and give our teams better information.

You’ll help ensure data flows accurately and consistently between our platforms, investigating issues and working with colleagues to improve data quality and integrity.
You’ll support reporting and analytical requirements, helping teams access meaningful information and ensuring the underlying systems and processes provide reliable data.
You won’t just look at whether something technically works.
You’ll ask whether it works well.
Is it efficient? Is it intuitive? Is the data reliable? Can we automate it? Can systems talk to each other? Is there a better way?
That curiosity will be central to the role.
What You’ll Bring
You’ll already have experience working in a Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Technical Business Analyst or similar role, ideally within a complex, multi-site or fast-growing organisation.
Most Importantly, You’ll Bring
- Have well-developed experience analysing business processes and translating requirements into effective technical solutions
- Have experience working with a range of business systems, applications and platforms
- Have a good understanding of system integrations, interfaces and data flows
- Have experience gathering, documenting and managing business and technical requirements
- Have proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate complex issues and identify practical solutions
- Have experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, integrations and change projects
- Have an understanding of testing, including developing test scenarios, coordinating UAT and supporting successful deployment
- Have excellent data skills and an appreciation of data quality, integrity and governance
- Have the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
- Have confidence working with third-party technology suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Have excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Have a continuous improvement mindset and genuine curiosity about how technology can make things better
- Have the ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively across teams
- Have experience within hospitality, leisure, retail or another multi-site environment would be advantageous

Additional Information
- This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week across 5 out of 7 days
- Given the nature of the role and the systems that support our destinations, there will also be a requirement to provide ad hoc support outside of normal working hours when needed
- Our recruitment process for this role will consist of two interview stages, giving you the opportunity to meet key people from across Hiddenwell and learn more about the role, our business and the exciting journey ahead
- £35,000 per annum
