Sr. Systems Analyst
About the Role
As a dedicated Sr. Systems Analyst, you will have a significant impact at Netrio while working alongside valued clients. You will serve as a subject matter expert in purchasing and setting up new equipment within their environments, shaping a positive client experience.
Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting clients by leveraging cutting-edge technology
- Evaluating all nodes in an environment and making recommendations that align with the client’s requirements
- Operating in a level 2-3 support role
You will need strong expertise in Windows 10 and Windows 11, familiarity with a ticketing system, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Additionally, you should embody professionalism, courtesy, and a drive for self-improvement.
What You’ll Do
- Provide global end-user and desktop support across all offices, remote locations, and executive leadership
- Support Office 365 applications and Windows 10 operating systems
- Manage Microsoft Active Directory and Office 365 Exchange Online
- Support Citrix Cloud, Microsoft Azure VDA, and VDI platforms
- Manage and support HP Workstations, HP Thin Clients, and Lenovo laptops
- Administer Cisco VoIP phones, Cisco Unified CM, and Cisco Unity Connection
- Provide mobile device support (iOS, Android) via MDM platform (MobileIron)
- Support video conferencing systems, including Zoom, Neat, and Poly
- Troubleshoot Market Data Applications (Bloomberg Anywhere/Terminal, etc.)
- Perform basic network troubleshooting for:
- DNS & DHCP issues
- network slowdowns
- remote VPN/VDI connectivity problems
- Consistently log and monitor service tickets in JIRA Service Desk for fast, thorough resolution and issue documentation
- Assist with office moves and build outs
- Oversee device inventory and asset management
- Facilitate employee onboarding/offboarding

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of desktop support experience in a hedge fund or investment advisor environment (preferred)
- Exceptional customer service skills, paired with strong written and verbal communication
- A passion for technology, with a commitment to self-development
- Strong problem-solving abilities, keen attention to detail, and adaptability
- Ability to work independently and multitask
- Commitment to follow-through and follow-up actions
- Deep understanding of desktop support standards, best practices, hardware, and software
- Experience supporting mobile devices
- Experience supporting remote users and troubleshooting VPN/VDI connections
- Plus: Familiarity with PowerShell, scripting, automation tools (SCCM), and enterprise packaging
