Are you an experienced developer looking for a role where you can shape systems, drive innovation, and lead the development of cutting-edge data solutions?
We are seeking an experienced Systems & Data Developer to play a key role in the design, development, and evolution of our data and software solutions. You will lead the development of innovative products and services, champion AI technologies, and build scalable systems that support both internal and client-facing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform
- Identify and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance business performance and decision-making
- Develop robust data models, dashboards, and reporting solutions to interpret complex datasets
- Design, develop, and maintain APIs and integrations between business systems
- Lead the development of new service offerings and software products
- Drive automation initiatives to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to colleagues on development best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions that create competitive advantage
About You
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a data, software development, or Power Platform development role
- Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Experience working with Azure data services, including Azure Data Lake
- Knowledge of API development and system integrations
- Understanding of data modelling, databases, and data architecture
- Experience delivering automation and process improvement projects
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse and interpret complex data
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Passion for emerging technologies, particularly AI and machine learning
- Experience leading projects
