10+ years experienced Information Technology Professional with demonstrated expertise in the installation, configuration, and administration of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, vSphere, HP Blade, Dell, and AWS.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing On-Call support to Windows Server infrastructure
  • Monitoring system performance & ensuring smooth functionality of the systems using various tools like Solar winds and Zenoss.
  • Troubleshooting/resolving routine to moderately complex issues
  • Ensuring user/customer satisfaction by providing preventative maintenance
  • Participate in Incident, Problem, and Change management processes.
  • Tracking the metrics to ensure SLAs are met.
  • Developing standards, policies, and procedures for operating model
  • Oversee and monitor the delivery of work of the team and provide them technical guidance
  • Scheduling tasks and monitoring the progress/delivery of the team over timelines.
  • Promotes teamwork to develop & deliver successful solutions
  • Work as a cohesive team exhibiting the one team approach
  • Knowledge on Incident management, Change Management, Problem Management, CMDB, and Capacity Planning
  • Understanding of SLA and knowledge of Documentation
  • Responsible for managing client's virtual environment, which is hosted on HP Chassis.
  • End-to-end management, upgrade firmware, troubleshooting of HP Chassis
  • Responsible for managing client's virtual environment, which consists of virtual machines from vSphere and Hyper-V
  • Managing, maintaining, HA, vMotion, S-vMotion, HA, DRS in virtualized infrastructure for minimizing the downtime and best use of available resources.
  • Handling and managing Cisco USC which consists of B and C series blade to support client's physical environment.
  • Build, configure, and manage Server 2016/2019/2022 environment
  • Well-versed knowledge on AD, DNS, DHCP, and group policy, etc.
  • Working with all other team/tracks/third party or client to resolve the ongoing issue as soon as possible
  • Remote management using ILO, RSA, DRAC, iRrmc, etc. Basic knowledge of PowerShell
  • Migration of Domain controller, AD migration for Windows Server
  • Migration of physical box to virtual box and vice-versa using different technologies like vCenter convertor, double take move, etc.
  • In-place up gradation and migration of server to utilize extended features on upgraded version.
  • Day-to-day routine tasks of Windows and VMware.
  • Analyzing and preparing root cause analysis documents
  • Ricoh Printer and Server Support—kofax, Streamline, Equitrac.
