Gordon Hoffman Solicitors is recruiting for this position on behalf of Reclaim My Finance.
About the role
Reclaim My Finance is looking for an experienced, hands-on Systems and Integration Engineer to take ownership of our internal systems, business applications, integrations, and automation projects.
This is not primarily a service desk role or a HubSpot implementation position. Our CRM platforms are already operational, and HubSpot is supported by an external specialist.
We need someone who can understand how our existing systems work together, identify risks and inefficiencies, and personally implement practical technical improvements.
You must be able to independently connect business applications using:
- APIs and webhooks
- Ready-made connectors and automation platforms
- Custom scripts or code
- Suitable alternative methods when an API or connector is unavailable
You must also know when specialist development or supplier support is required.
Initial assignment
Your first responsibility will be to complete a structured review of:
- Microsoft 365, users, devices, permissions, and security
- HubSpot and a second CRM or case-management system
- Telephone, WhatsApp, and other communication platforms
- Forms, reports, and document processes
- How leads, clients, cases, documents, and data move between systems
- Existing integrations, automation, and external suppliers
- Manual, repetitive, or duplicated processes
- Data quality, access controls, and system ownership

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
