Hey! We're Huel, and we're pleased to meet you 👋

Our culture thrives on high performance, and we set the bar high for new Hueligans who join us. We invite you to read the advert below for our new Senior Systems Manager position to understand the role, and explore our 7 Huel values before applying to ensure we have the right working environment for you!

The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Systems Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day support and optimisation of key platforms including NetSuite, Celigo, and EDI. You’ll balance the discipline of running systems the whole business depends on with the drive to keep making them better. That means ensuring they’re reliable and well maintained, while spotting opportunities to simplify processes, automate manual work, and deliver meaningful change for key stakeholders across the business.

  • Own NetSuite day to day: Take ownership of one of our business-critical systems, ensuring it remains reliable, secure, and well controlled. Resolve issues quickly and make sure configuration, access, and change are well governed at all times.
  • Manage our Celigo & EDI landscape: You will be responsible for the integrations connecting NetSuite to our 3PLs, Amazon, and retailers. We run Celigo fully in-house with no external support, so you'll need to know it well, or be ready to learn fast.
  • Lead improvement initiatives: Deliver process improvements at pace and to a high standard. Some projects will require working with our third-party implementation partners to scope, manage, and land change.
  • Use automation & AI to find smarter ways of working: Proactively look for opportunities in current ways of working to utilize automation & AI tools to reduce manual effort and improve data quality across the business.
  • Become a strong systems partner: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders (across finance, operations, and other departments), understand their pain points, and translate them into system solutions.
  • Team upskilling and development: Develop and upskill your two direct reports, building shared knowledge across NetSuite, Celigo, and EDI, creating a resilient team where knowledge, processes, and system ownership are effectively shared.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What we're looking for in you

  • Proven NetSuite expertise. You've worked hands-on with NetSuite in a business-critical environment, managing configuration, workflows, troubleshooting, and understanding what it takes to keep a system like this running at its best.
  • Strong financial process understanding. NetSuite sits at the heart of many of our Finance processes, so you’ll need a solid understanding of core accounting and financial processes and will be comfortable understanding the financial impact of any system changes requested in order to scope these effectively.
  • Comfortable with integration platforms. Experience with iPaaS tools such as Celigo is a genuine advantage, you don't need to be an expert but you should be confident picking it up quickly.
  • A drive to improve, not just maintain. You proactively spot inefficiencies and have an open-minded approach to using automation tools & AI to find new ways of doing things.
  • Strong stakeholder management. You can work well with stakeholders at all levels across the business to collaborate on day-to-day operations and changes required.
  • Experience managing third parties. You've worked with implementation partners, vendors, or consultants to scope and deliver system projects.
  • Calm under pressure. NetSuite issues don't wait for convenient timing, you can prioritise clearly and stay composed when things go wrong.

And as always, we’re on the lookout for new Hueligans who love a fast-paced environment and are always striving to be their best. We want people who aren’t afraid to think differently and push boundaries. If you’re all about setting big goals and believe that amazing things happen through creativity and teamwork, you’ll fit right in at Huel!
