Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive Tableau dashboards and reports.
- Connect Tableau to multiple data sources, including CRM and relational databases.
- Analyze sales, customer, pipeline, revenue, and performance data.
- Work with Salesforce CRM data to create reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations.
- Perform data cleansing, validation, transformation, and reconciliation.
- Monitor data quality and identify inconsistencies or gaps in reporting.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders.
- Create KPI dashboards and provide insights to support business decision-making.
- Develop and maintain calculated fields, parameters, filters, sets, and Tableau extracts.
- Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance and usability.
- Work with SQL to query and analyze data from databases.
- Support CRM reporting requirements and Salesforce data analysis.
- Document reporting processes, dashboards, data sources, and business definitions.
- Troubleshoot reporting and data-related issues.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Cloud.
- Good understanding of data visualization and dashboard development.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Experience working with CRM data and business reporting.
- Understanding of sales KPIs such as pipeline, conversion rate, bookings, revenue, quota attainment, and customer retention.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Salesforce reporting and dashboard experience.
- Knowledge of Salesforce objects such as Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Cases, and Campaigns.
- Experience with Salesforce data extraction/integration into Tableau.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Associate are a plus.
- Experience with ETL/data integration tools.
- Knowledge of data warehouses such as Snowflake, SQL Server, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with Tableau Prep is a plus.
