Location: Southern HUB, SL3 0BB

Shift: Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 (37.5 hours per week, 30‑minute unpaid break)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with Hiring Managers and Senior Stakeholders.
  • Provide expert guidance across attraction, selection, assessments, and compliance.
  • Write engaging job adverts, source top talent, and screen candidates.
  • Coordinate and conduct assessments/interviews, ensuring fairness and transparency.
  • Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines.
  • Ensure compliance with CAA regulations and GDPR requirements.
  • Support employer brand, attraction campaigns, and recruitment projects.

  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume, regulated recruitment environment
