Help Shape the Future of Stone King

Stone King is an ambitious, purpose-driven law firm with a strong reputation and exciting plans for the future. As we continue to grow and evolve, we're investing in our people, strengthening our capabilities and building the teams that will support our long-term success.

We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our Talent team at a pivotal time. This is an opportunity to play a highly visible role within the business, partnering with senior leaders to attract exceptional talent and helping shape the future of our firm.

If you're looking for a role where your expertise is valued, your ideas are welcomed and your impact is tangible, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor, you'll lead recruitment across a varied portfolio of legal roles, delivering an outstanding experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

You'll work closely with stakeholders across the firm, acting as a trusted advisor and providing expert guidance on attraction strategies, market insights and hiring decisions. From building talent pipelines and engaging passive candidates to improving recruitment processes and supporting wider talent initiatives, you'll play a key role in ensuring we attract and retain the very best people.

This is far more than a delivery-focused recruitment role. You'll have the opportunity to influence how we identify, engage and secure talent, whilst contributing to projects that support our broader people and firm objectives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
