Your Role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner for our Healthcare business, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the talent landscape across a dynamic and fast-evolving sector. Partnering closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle – from developing targeted attraction strategies through to offer acceptance – for a portfolio of mid- to senior-level roles spanning individual contributors to Senior Directors.

- Act as a trusted advisor to both candidates and the business
- Bring a consultative mindset and a genuine passion for connecting exceptional talent with meaningful opportunities
- Build lasting relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Advise hiring managers on role competencies and structured interviewing practices
- Embed our High Impact Culture principles into every hiring conversation
- Proactively identify improvements to recruitment tools and processes
- Embrace data, technology, and AI as standard enablers of your work
- Contribute actively to the broader EMEA Talent Acquisition team through cross-functional projects spanning TA systems, diversity, equity and inclusion, and hiring manager capability building
Who You Are
- Bring substantial full-cycle recruiting experience, with experience gained within the Pharmaceutical industry
- Confident managing complex, senior-level searches end to end
- A consultative partner to hiring managers and senior leaders, able to influence talent decisions with well-reasoned, evidence-based recommendations
- Conduct structured, competency-based interviews with skill, assessing candidates across technical fit, functional expertise, soft skill competencies, and cultural alignment
- Handle sensitive information with discretion, maintaining a high standard of confidentiality throughout the recruitment process
- Experienced with applicant tracking systems, professional networking platforms, and talent intelligence tools, and you use data proactively to inform and improve your hiring approach
- Demonstrate AI literacy – understand how artificial intelligence tools work, their practical applications in talent acquisition, and the ethical considerations around bias, fairness, and data privacy, enabling you to make informed and responsible decisions in your role
- Organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously, bringing clarity to ambiguous situations and a drive for simplification
