For this maternity cover role for approximately 1 year, based in either Denmark or the UK. You’ll work across countries and functions, taking ownership of recruitment while helping us continuously improve how we attract, assess and hire talent.
Your mission
As our Talent Acquisition Business Partner (Maternity Cover), you’ll deliver high-quality, end-to-end recruitment across Awaze, primarily supporting Specialist to Manager-level hiring. During peak recruitment periods, you’ll also take ownership of and manage high-volume recruitment activity, flexing your priorities to ensure increased hiring demand is delivered effectively while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
You’ll partner with hiring leaders across multiple countries, shaping effective recruitment strategies and keeping hiring activity moving. As our Teamtailor subject matter expert, you’ll also help improve our recruitment technology, processes and ways of working.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own end-to-end recruitment for Specialist to Manager roles, from sourcing and attraction through to offer and handover
- Partner with hiring leaders across countries to understand their needs, advise on recruitment strategy and keep hiring on track
- Develop and continuously improve sourcing and candidate attraction strategies based on market needs and results
- Own and manage high-volume recruitment during peak hiring periods, coordinating recruitment activity from attraction and screening through to offer while balancing wider recruitment priorities
- Lead screening, assessment and feedback conversations, ensuring a great candidate experience
- Act as our Teamtailor subject matter expert, improving workflows, system utilisation and recruitment processes
- Support employer branding and talent pipeline activity across our markets
- Coach hiring leaders and support junior TA colleagues on recruitment and interview best practice

We’re Looking For Someone Who Brings
- Strong experience delivering end-to-end recruitment, ideally across junior, Specialist and Manager-level roles
- Experience managing high-volume or volume recruitment campaigns, with the ability to organise, prioritise and progress multiple vacancies and candidates efficiently during periods of peak hiring demand
- Excellent sourcing skills and experience selecting, assessing and adapting candidate attraction strategies
- Advanced hands-on experience with Teamtailor, including configuration, workflows and optimization
- Experience working in a multinational or cross-country organisation and partnering confidently with middle and senior stakeholders
- Confidence conducting screening, assessment and feedback conversations and advising hiring managers on recruitment decisions
- Strong cultural awareness and the ability to adapt communication and recruitment approaches across different countries and stakeholder groups
- The judgement and initiative to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment and manage competing recruitment priorities
- Fluent English; if you are based in Denmark, fluent Danish is also required

This is a maternity cover position reporting to the People Director. The role can be based in Virum, Denmark or Manchester, UK and involves working with stakeholders across multiple countries.
We expect the duration to be approximately 1 year depending on when we're be able to bring someone on board.
