🎯 About the Role We're looking for an experienced Senior Talent Consultant to support a portfolio of RPO clients. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role for an experienced agency recruiter who thrives on managing multiple vacancies, building strong stakeholder relationships and delivering outstanding recruitment outcomes.
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles and clients.
- Source, attract and assess high-quality candidates.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Deliver against hiring targets, SLAs and KPIs.
- Provide market insight and recruitment advice.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting.
- Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve delivery.

👤 About You Essential
- 3+ years' agency recruitment experience.
- Proven success in high-volume recruitment.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience managing multiple vacancies across different disciplines.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable
- RPO or embedded recruitment experience.
- Client-facing or account management experience.
- Experience with Loxo or another ATS/CRM.
- Understanding of recruitment KPIs and SLAs.
