11 Investments is a group of specialist recruitment businesses built by entrepreneurs working collaboratively towards one goal: partnering top talent with a diverse client base. We are formed of 8 brands (3Search, FIFTEEN WEST, datadai, edenity, Tenzing Search, FinRox, NearTech Search, and Tarka Talent) working across professional services markets such as GTM, Finance, Consulting, and Tech.

This role will be primarily focused on attracting and retaining the best recruitment talent across all of our businesses through a mixture of both experienced and entry-level hires. You will also get involved in lots of people projects to ensure we continue to build on our great culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with key stakeholders and the Talent Director to create a robust and agile hiring strategy
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and business stakeholders to build effective attraction, sourcing, and closing strategies
  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing/headhunting, values-based interviews, offers, and HR administration.
  • Produce creative talent attraction campaigns through social media, email marketing, and other innovative methods
  • Play a key part in building and promoting our employer brand.
  • Make recommendations and bring ideas and strategies that will contribute to the long-term growth of 11 Investments
  • Write compelling and engaging copy to attract potential recruitment consultants (PRCs)
  • Deliver the best candidate and employee experience.
  • Pipeline future talent for 11 Investments and also Recruiter Labs options
  • Support the business with market and business intelligence to support our attraction approach and make recommendations on the right routes to market.
