We are supporting a leading global technology and consumer platform that is rapidly expanding its international footprint.
The team is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to support senior-level hiring across the UK market.
Location: UK
What you’ll do:
- Own end-to-end recruitment for senior and critical positions
- Conduct talent mapping and market intelligence across technology, e-commerce, retail and supply chain sectors
- Build and engage high-quality talent pipelines through direct sourcing and headhunting
- Partner closely with senior business leaders to define hiring priorities and talent strategies
- Provide insights on market trends, competitor talent landscape and compensation benchmarks
- Continuously improve sourcing methodologies and recruitment effectiveness

What we’re looking for:
- Solid experience in executive search, in-house TA or headhunting
- Strong talent mapping and market research capability
- Experience recruiting senior-level or hard-to-find talent
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to advise senior leaders
- Data-driven, proactive and commercially minded
- Experience within technology, e-commerce, retail or related industries is preferred
- Knowledge of the UK talent market and local hiring environment is highly valued
