About the role
This is a hands-on role with broad ownership across Talent Acquisition and People Operations, working closely with leadership and managers across the business.
Around 60% of your role will focus on recruitment, finding and securing the people needed to grow the business, from permanent employees across key markets to Property Manager contractors across the globe, often recruited quickly to meet specific market or client requirements.
The remaining 40% will focus on People Operations: managing core HR processes, supporting employees and managers, maintaining the HR framework and helping ensure the team has the support, structure and processes they need to do their best work.
This is a role for someone who enjoys owning things from start to finish, with a high degree of autonomy to identify what needs to be done, prioritise effectively and drive things through to completion.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from defining requirements and sourcing candidates through to screening, interviewing, offers and onboarding
- Recruit permanent employees across Singapore, the UK and internationally
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs rather than starting from scratch every time a role opens
- Lead the recruitment of Property Manager contractors across the globe, often working to tight timelines and sourcing talent in specific hard to reach locations or markets
- Manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, keeping candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders informed throughout
- Identify new and creative ways to source talent, including using AI and technology to improve the speed and quality of recruitment
- Maintain a strong candidate experience and represent RelocateU professionally throughout the recruitment process
- Manage day-to-day HR operations across Singapore, UK and internationally employed/EOR workforce
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, employment contracts, employee records and HR administration
- Support payroll processing, including Singapore payroll requirements, and work closely with payroll and EOR partners to ensure information is accurate and submitted on time

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
